Questions
FAQ
General
How much does it cost?
We price by the load / trailer volume. Quotes are free after you send photos. Dump fees may be separate or included—we’ll say which in the quote. We don’t publish invented haul rates.
What do you need for a quote?
Photos, the job address, job type, preferred date if you have one, and anything about access (stairs, basement, long carry from the driveway).
How soon can you come?
We’re available any day except Sundays. Same-day or next-day is typical when our schedule is open—not a guarantee. Put your preferred date in the form or text and we’ll confirm what’s available.
Who runs Peak Property Services?
Colton Archibald (17), 208-812-6011, and Ezra Hampton (18), 208-821-5398—local Rigby teens earning for college and church missions. We’re respectful, on time, and we do the heavy lifting. A parent/adult oversees the business for the minor owner; adult contact details can be shared on request (name TBD on the site until confirmed).
How do I pay?
Cash and Venmo @PPS2026. We’ll confirm which works when we quote. Pay with Venmo
Landlords & property managers
Can you clear a rental between tenants?
Yes. Left-behind furniture, bags of trash, and junk often block cleaning and showings. Text photos of each room/garage and your turnover deadline—we’ll quote and schedule around your next move-in when we can.
Do you invoice for multiple units?
Ask us when you book. Payment preferences can be discussed before the job; we’ll confirm what works for both sides.
Realtors & sellers
Can you help before listing photos?
Yes. Crowded garages, basements, and leftover estate items hurt first impressions. Send photos and your photo/open-house date so we can aim for a slot that helps the listing timeline.
Estate cleanouts—what’s the process?
Families keep what they want; we haul the rest. Tell us what’s staying vs. going. Usable items may go to donation when possible.
Contractors & remodelers
Do you haul construction debris?
Yes—scrap lumber, drywall, flooring, cabinets, and similar remodel leftovers. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, and rock need photos first because of weight and facility rules.
Can you stage a pick-up during an active remodel?
Often yes. Tell us site access, preferred time windows, and whether debris will be piled curb-side or inside. Same-day / next-day when available.
College / BYU-Idaho move-outs
Do you serve Rexburg and Idaho Falls apartments?
Yes. End-of-semester couches, desks, mattresses, and leftover junk are common jobs. Text photos and your move-out date—especially helpful during busy May/August weeks.
What if my roommates already left?
As long as you (or the leaseholder) authorize us to remove the listed items, we can haul what’s agreed. Note access instructions (building, parking, stairs) in your text.
Seniors & homeowners
Can you help with downsizing?
Yes. We handle the heavy lifting of items that won’t make the next home. You decide what’s kept; we clear the rest respectfully.
Do you take hazardous materials?
No. We can’t take paint, chemicals, fuel, oil, tires, Freon appliances (unless a disposal path is verified), asbestos, liquids, or e-waste. See what we take, or text a photo if you’re unsure.
